Your Ventura County Photographer here answer some of clients most frequently asked questions.

Where are you located? Jessica Francis Photography (JFP) is based in Ventura County, California. Offering portrait photography sessions between Thousand Oaks & Ojai, CA.

What is required to book a session? A signed contract (electronically) & paid non-refundable retainer (electronically & is 20% of collection choice then deducted from the total) is required to book. The remaining balance is due by the day of the scheduled session.

When will photos be delivered (& how)? You will receive a link to download your photos via an online gallery two weeks (14 days) from your completed session.

What are my investment/pricing options? There are a few options to choose from starting from $325. View other investment options in detail on my website: (http://jessicafrancisphotography.com). Fill out the contact form if you’re ready to book or if you have any questions. I will respond within two business days & let you know how to move forward with retaining your session. After deciding which collection is best, you’ll sign a contract & pay your non-refundable retainer to secure your session date.

Do you help with outfit choice(s)? Yes! JFP has detailed style guides with examples to share with clients upon booking. Also, count on me leading up to the session to help with outfit choices because this is one of my favorite parts.

How many people or family members are able to be included in the session? Up to 6 members/friends, then just $25 each additional member included.

Is a print release included? Yes, a print release is include with your gallery. Print releases are for personal printing use ONLY. Prints/products can be ordered through JFP directly or a lab of your choice.

Do you help with choosing a location? Absolutely! I’ve scouted around the area and have found a few amazing locations that are available. In the event the client specifies a specific location for the session, client is responsible for any applicable location fees such as location access fees, parking permits/passes, and/or potential traveling fees, etc. One location for each session.

Can we wear multiple outfits? Yes, an additional outfit change (up to two outfits total) is only available with the Gold collection.

Can we bring our pet to the session? Absolutely, I would actually love it if you brought your pets along! We just also want to make sure we have a way to secure them during your session as well.

Can the unedited (or RAW) photos be purchased? No, unfortunately JFP does not share unedited photos.
