Personal story: With being the first person in my family to graduate college, I was SO excited to start prepping for graduation back in the summer of 2020 but life had other plans. Everyone’s graduation was cancelled and it was devastating. As a military spouse, I didn’t have family around me and they couldn’t travel at the time so it was even harder to push through. It felt like my accomplishments came up short, until I was able to celebrate with a senior portrait session of my own. Celebrating such a special milestone is IMPORTANT and I would be grateful to document these moments for YOU (or yours)! Some days I get overwhelmed with where ‘I’ think I should be, but I need to remember who is in control. When things get hard, as they sometimes do, don’t quit!
